If you’re happy with your current kitchen layout but are looking for an updated style, cabinet refacing is a great option. This is a simpler upgrade to improve the look and value of your kitchen at half the cost of a complete renovation. Refacing has no hidden or additional costs compared to replacement.

Cabinet refacing does not affect your floors or walls. As well there are no major costs such as plumbing or electrical, which can occur in a complete overhaul. Refacing only takes on average 2 to 3 days to complete making it one of the least invasive renovations you could do. You have the option of doing as little or as much as you choose. Countertops can remain if they are in good shape or replaced; accessories such as pot and pan drawers, rollouts, lazy susans, and add-on cabinets are all options while refacing.
